Delivery

At the moment, we only deliver to the UK.

Delivery charges are as follows: 

£1.50 for orders up to £10.00.

£2.50 for orders over £10.00.

Orders over £40.00 qualify for FREE delivery.

Most packages will be delivered by Royal Mail, however other courier companies may be used. We aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days from receipt of your order.

Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return an item or the item is faulty or damaged, please request a return within 15 days of receipt by email to: stewartcraftcards@gmail.com

We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package - items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please return items to us in their original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase within 15 days. You must take all reasonable care of items whilst in your possession and return them in an ‘as purchased’ condition. whereupon we will refund the full cost of the item. We will refund the cost of postage if the return is a result of error on our behalf, otherwise delivery charges will not be refunded.

 

If you receive your order and decide you wish to exchange it for another item of the same price, we are happy to offer an exchange providing the original item is sent back, undamaged and in it’s original packaging within 15 days of you receiving it.
