Order Acceptance and Contract
We will always try to process and post your order as quickly as possible, this will usually be within 2 -5 days from receipt of your order and we will email you when your order has been dispatched. If, for any reason there will be a delay of more than a few days, we will contact you using the email address you supplied with your order.

There is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted and the order confirmation email is not a guarantee of stock availability. On occasion the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item is not in stock at the time of processing your order, we will let you know as soon after the order has been placed as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock item(s).

Payments
Goods should be paid for in advance via PayPal. If you are not registered with Paypal you can use it as a Guest.

Damages or Loss
We cannot be held responsible for any lost packages and we obtain proof of postage for every order we send out. However we will support you and work together in any way we can to help track down any lost parcels.
if your goods were damaged on arrival, please advise us immediately at stewartcraftcards@gmail.com and we will endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please keep all paperwork relating to your delivery to allow us to investigate with the courier company responsible for the delivery.

Import Tax or Customs Fee
Any local charges made by a mail carrier or customs and excise department on arrival of your package into the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the bill you pay to Stewart Craft Cards.
